· 225g ( or 1 1/2 cups) defrosted “frozen” mixed berries
· 2 x 200g packets “any brand” chocolate mousse
· White chocolate curls, to finish at end

Preparation Method

1. Along the base and sides of four 250ml (1 cup) capacity serving glasses, line with the chocolate rolletts. Coat the sides with the coffee liqueur. Spoon into the glasses the mixed berries and top with an ample portion of the chocolate mousse.
